Dongyang University was founded in 1994 by Chairman Hyeon-am Choi Hyun-woo under the founding philosophy of "Pioneering a New History." Since our opening, we have produced over 16,000 alumni who play pivotal roles across society. With the launch of the Dongducheon Campus in 2016, we have achieved remarkable qualitative growth through academic innovation and the nurturing of tailored talents.

We are specializing our Yeongju Campus around the nation's premier Railway College, advanced machinery, and Nursing, while establishing our Dongducheon Campus as a hub for cultural arts and IT convergence. We will actively support our students to realize their dreams and grow into creative talents who devote themselves to the nation and humanity.
